Hook C.E. Primary School is a welcoming Church of England primary school at the heart of the village of Hook. Our school building opened in 1976 and is set within extensive grounds, providing our children with plenty of space to learn, play and explore.

We are proud of our strong links with St Mary’s Church, Hook. Children regularly visit the church for worship and to celebrate important occasions in the Christian calendar, including Harvest and Christmas. Members of the church community also join us in school and contribute to our collective worship and wider school life.

As a Church of England school, our Christian foundation is central to who we are. We recognise and nurture the whole child, supporting children’s academic, physical, emotional, social and spiritual development.

Since June 2018, Hook C.E. Primary School has been part of Edukos Trust, working collaboratively with other schools within the Trust while retaining our own distinctive identity and place within the Hook community.

We are committed to providing high-quality teaching and learning and to continually developing our practice. Through ongoing professional development, collaboration and reflection, our staff work together to ensure that every child is supported, challenged and given opportunities to succeed.
